Oh for sure stupid people go to Harvard. Everywhere we go in life there is a bell curve.

Stupid people write articles and stupid people comment on them. Remember, half the people you know are below average.

TC, I like quantification to support business decisions as well as the next techno geek. But, this means of calculating resource allocation is 100% dependent upon the PWin assessment which is subjective at best and similarly fraught with bias. The outcome and decision results will obviously reflect that bias.
